Submission Guidelines
We welcome all undergraduate students to submit, but we ask that confirm your submissions fit all of the required sections on the forms by clicking on the type of art you would like to submit and reading the additional bullet points below.
Our fall submission deadline is December 8, 2023.
The spring submissions deadline is January 26, 2024.
Additional Tips:

A series of poems, art pieces, or photographs that all fit together count as one submission!

Prepare your piece(s) of art, poetry, or prose by downloading your work in separate PDF or JPEG files.

If you are submitting art, please make sure that the photographs of your pieces are taken in good light.

If the photos of your art don't take up the entire frame, meaning the photo has a background, make sure that the background is appropriate.
