Submissions for the 2025-2026 school year are now open!
Submission Guidelines
We welcome all undergraduate students to submit, but we ask that you confirm your submissions fit all of the required sections on the forms by clicking on the type of art you would like to submit and reading the additional bullet points below.
By submitting, you give the Flintlock permission to publish your work in this year's issue as well as to make minor editing corrections to material for best publication practices.
Our first submission deadline is November 28, 2025.
Our second submission January 16, 2026.
Additional Tips:

A series of poems, art pieces, or photographs that all fit together count as one submission!

Prepare your piece(s) of art, poetry, or prose by downloading your work in separate PDF or JPEG files.

If you are submitting art, please make sure that the photographs of your pieces are taken in good light.

If the photos of your art don't take up the entire frame, meaning the photo has a background, make sure that the background is appropriate.
